Kai leads company strategy and new ventures, identifies growth opportunities, and works across departments to solve problems and build structures that support ARF Energy’s expansion.

Gary Volz

Gary oversees company operations, coordinating teams and resources to keep project execution aligned with ARF Energy’s commitments.

Brandi Eason

Brandi leads the development team, overseeing site acquisition efforts, setting priorities, and supporting employee growth. She keeps the team accountable for performance and helps move development opportunities forward.

Kyle McNabb

Kyle advances projects through development, coordinating project requirements and next steps with the team and external stakeholders.

Eli Harding

  • EPC Developer
Eli develops EPC opportunities, working with project partners and the ARF Energy team to define project scope and coordinate the steps toward construction.

Kayla Howard

  • Site Acquisition Specialist
Kayla supports site acquisition, identifying potential project locations and working with landowners to move opportunities through the early stages of development.

Angie Proulx

Angie manages permitting, procurement, and project coordination, working directly with the COO to support project execution and keep operational details moving.

Annie Carpunky

Annie coordinates incentive and grant opportunities, supporting funding research, applications, and the documentation needed to advance projects.

Endora supports ARF Energy’s accounting, maintaining financial records and coordinating the details behind company and project finances.

Richard Bardwell

Richard brings master electrician expertise to the team, supporting the electrical work involved in ARF Energy’s installations.

Sam Spangler

Sam supports ongoing system maintenance, working with the operations and maintenance team to address service needs and keep customer systems operating properly.

Robert Frank

  • Senior Advisor

Robert is a co-founder of ARF Energy and a master electrician. He serves in an advisory capacity, providing technical guidance to the construction and operations and maintenance teams.

Joel Blair

Joel manages the operations and maintenance department and works hands-on in the field maintaining commercial solar projects.

Ian leads residential maintenance, helping homeowners address service needs and keep their solar systems operating properly.
