The Opportunity
A Solar System Without the Capital Expense
Through ARF Energy’s solar lease structure, qualifying organizations can receive a fully developed solar system without the upfront capital expense while benefiting from lower electricity costs. ARF manages the project from program application through construction and long-term operations.

No, there are no up-front or monthly cost for eligible non-profit organizations!
ARF owns the system for 6 years to capture and monetize the relevant incentives. This is how the no-cost opportunity is made possible.
It depends on how much space you have, and what time of day your organization is using energy. The goal of solar-only systems is to reduce, or hopefully eliminate, the "Supply" portion of your utility bill every month.
In order to qualify, the nonprofit organization has to provide a critical service to the community. If you are not sure whether your organization will qualify, please reach out and our team can provide guidance.
